Luke is a Fellow or the Chartered Managemnent Institute and has over 25 years experience working in the water industry, having worked for Wessex Water for most of his career. He joined the Pump Supplies team in September 2023

Having started his career as an apprentice at Bristol Water in 1986, he brings decades of hands-on knowledge, strong operational leadership, and a genuine passion for developing people and building high-performing teams.
